At INLIC, empowering women isn’t just a value – it’s a movement. Through our Face-to-Face (F2F) channel, India’s only all-women sales force, we are redefining what financial inclusion truly means.

What began in 2012 with 170 women has grown into a powerful network of over 3,000 LPOs across 217 branches, rewriting stories of confidence, success, and independence.
