At INLIC, empowering women isn’t just a value – it’s a movement. Through our Face-to-Face (F2F) channel, India’s only all-women sales force, we are redefining what financial inclusion truly means.
What began in 2012 with 170 women has grown into a powerful network of over 3,000 LPOs across 217 branches, rewriting stories of confidence, success, and independence.
At INLIC, every woman’s growth story strengthens our purpose — because when women rise, entire communities prosper.
Empowered Women Enabling Change
She once left INLIC as a non-performer but returned with determination. Today, she is Pan India No.1 (Grand Prix ‘25), a 3-time GP qualifier, with 147 NOEPs, 93.9% persistency. Her disciplined OAC connects, monthly 3 NOP target, & strong referrals power her success
After moving to Bangalore, Gajalakshmi overcame language barriers & joined F2F (2021). From orphan customers to Pan India No.2 (GP 2025), a 3-time qualifier, she delivered 52 policies worth ₹40.8L AP in FY’25 with 100% persistency, driven by discipline & sincerity
